These are the master files for the current version of dnsmasq,
as installed on rpi2 and chloe.

Changes as at 2022-12-03:

dhcp.yes.conf is used directly on rpi2
dhcp.no.conf is used directly on chloe

dnssec.yes.conf is used directly on rpi2
dnssec.yes.conf is used directly on chloe

hosts-local was moved from /etc to /etc/dnsmasq.d
- /etc/dnsmasq.d/dnsmasq.conf was edited accordingly
- it is necessary for the CONFIG_DIR option in /etc/default/dnsmasq
- to end in ,*.conf for this to work.

In /etc/dnsmasq.d:

dhcp options were moved from dnsmasq.conf to dhcp.yes.conf

The relevant part of servers.conf was appended to dnssec.yes.conf
The relevant part of servers.conf was appended to dnssec.no.conf
- servers.conf was deleted
